These terms govern orders placed through kendusupermarkets.co.ke. They should be reviewed by qualified Kenyan counsel before launch.

Who sells to you

The seller is Kendu Supermarket, trading at our Kendu Bay and Kisumu branches.

Prices and stock

• Prices are in Kenya shillings (KSh) and include VAT where it applies.
• Stock and prices are per branch and come from our store system, so they can change. The price and availability confirmed when you place your order is what applies.
• Photos are for guidance. Fresh produce may vary in size and appearance.

How an order works

1. You choose a branch and place your order. It reaches the branch as a sales order in our store system.
2. Our team picks your items. If an item is missing we will offer a substitute or remove it, and adjust your total.
3. You pay as selected at checkout (see payments). Online payment methods activate once verified.
4. Your order is delivered or held for collection per your choice (see delivery and pickup).

Payment

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout — M-Pesa, CloudPay, or pay on collection where offered. We may cancel and refund an order if payment is not completed.

Age-restricted items

We do not sell age-restricted goods to anyone who cannot prove they are old enough, and may ask for ID on delivery or pickup.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. See our returns and refunds page.

Our responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as bad weather, road conditions, or supplier shortages.
