Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on your branch and delivery location and are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not advertise free delivery unless a promotion confirms it.
Where we deliver
Delivery areas are defined per branch and confirmed at checkout. If your address is outside our delivery zone, please choose in-store collection or contact us — we may still be able to help.
When
Delivery and collection readiness times are confirmed when your order is accepted. We will call or message you before we arrive, or when your order is ready for collection.
What happens to your order
- Your order arrives at the branch as a sales order.
- Our team picks it from the shelves and verifies quantities.
- It is checked out and your receipt is issued.
- It is packed and delivered, or held ready for collection.
Collection in store
Choose "collect in store" at checkout and bring your order reference and the phone number used to order. Our team will have your order packed and checked before you collect.
If we cannot reach you
For deliveries we will try to contact you. If we cannot, your order returns to the branch and you can collect it or arrange delivery again.
